This electronic form is the next step in KSAR’s transition to an online pedigree database.
The data you enter here will arrive as an email – ONE sheep per form.
As long as applications are done same day, for multiple lambs sired by one ram, please provide all sire information in the first application, then brief information in remaining sire fields for his other lambs. Same with twins or triplets for ewes.
After submitting all lambs/sheep for registration, go to the Work Order and calculate fees. Fees have gone up a bit.
If you need help with Work Order calculations, please ask via phone, text or email.

Please mail a check or send fees through PayPal referencing the email above. I prefer checks so the Alliance can save money on e-transaction fees.

Registrations will not proceed without guarantee of payment.
Work on registrations will proceed in chronological order from the date check is mailed (postmark) or PayPal receipt date.
PHOTOS are needed to register, a minimum of one, no more than five per sheep, email to: info@karakulshepherds.org One sheep per email, name &/or tag numbers in SUBJ line. Please use regular email to submit photos. Currently there is no way to send photos through this website.
For large numbers of photos—a shared folder can be set up for you in Dropbox, or consider sharing photos through Cloud services Apple, Google or Microsoft. Texting sometimes works, but large dense photos coming from a phone frequently stall desktop software. Please ask if unsure.
Basic info needed for a standard Karakul registration are: breeder information, sheep identifiers (tag numbers), year of birth, gender, then four physical identifiers: Color – Tail, Horns, Ears (abbreviated C-THE)

There remains currently a backlog of over 60 registrations, more arrive every day in this busy post-lambing season. The database is not yet online, so work is still by hand into a spread sheet, then a Word document is created. Please be patient. If you need certificates for showing or a sale please give me as much lead-time as you can.

Located at form bottom is the Submit button and a space to notate Date Needed By if registration is needed for a show or sale.
